Descriptive Words
A descriptive word is a word which is used to better explain the condition of people, places, things, situations, or actions.
What are the most popular descriptive words in English? Adjectives. An adjective is used to describe a noun.
e.g. The sunset was beautiful.
e.g. There is a red car in front of the house.
While adjectives provide further description for nouns, adverbs add on to verbs. They can also modify(修饰) adjectives, phrases, sentences or even other adverbs.
e.g. She always drives her car carefully.
e.g. He quickly walked across the street.
Listen and answer the questions.

She went to Hong Kong.
2. Did she do anything special there? What was it?
Yes, she did. She went to a fun park.
3. Did she buy anything for her best friend?
