While I was playing computer games, my father called me. (2) before和after before引导时间状语从句时表示主句的动作发生在从句动作之前， after引导时间状语从句时表示主句的动作发生在从句动作之后。如： I will give you a call before I leave New York. You can go out for a walk after you finish your homework. (3) until until引导时间状语从句，表示主句谓语动词所表示的动作持续到从句谓语动词所表示的动作发生为止。其常用结构not ... until ... 表示“直到……才(开始)……”。如： We waited until the rain stopped. The boy didn’t go to bed until his mother came back. (4) as soon as as soon as引导的从句表示从句的动作一发生，主句的动作随即发生，意为“一……就……”。如： I will write to you as soon as I get to London. ... ... ...
