(1)hardly常与can，could，any 连用。

(2)hardly 一般修饰动词，其结构为：be/助动词/情态动词＋hardly...
eg：His words were hardly true，were they？他的话几乎不是真实的，对吗？
(3)few＋n.(复数)；little＋n.(不可数)
eg：There is little milk in the glass.＝There is hardly any milk in the glass.杯子里几乎没牛奶了。

同义句为：We had better have our picnic at the top of the hill.
