Language points
What’s your first name?你叫什么名字？（教材第5页）
（1）first是序数词，意为“第一”。序数词是表示顺序的，其前常用定冠词the或形容词性物主代词修饰。对应的基数词是one。
如：her first name她的名字 the first cup第一个杯子
（2）英美人的姓名和中国人的姓名不同。英美人通常是名字在前，姓氏在后，这与中国人的姓名顺序相反。
如：Jim Green，名是Jim,Green是姓。由于Jim这个名字放在第一位，所以英语中“名”叫first name,也可以说given name。
注意：中国人的姓名译为英语时直接用汉语拼音表示，姓和名要分开，且首字母要大写。英美人姓名首字母也要大写。
如：Li Xin李鑫 Yang Xiaodan杨晓丹 Gina Green吉娜·格林
