【注意】在表示雨的大小程度时,用hard/heavy/light修饰,不用big/small等,如a heavy rain一场大雨。
windy 多风的
windy形容词,意为“多风的;有风的”。windy是由名词wind在词尾加-y变成的形容词。
e.g.
Put on your warm clothes. It’s windy and cold outside.
